I went and made an appointment on May 16) took my car May 19) it was ready May 23) what I didn't appreciate that I wasn't even told how long it was going to take to repair my Vehicle didn't ask if I had an extra vehicle to drive, I did receive 2 messages one said ( appointment May 16 the other said if I needed anything to ( reply by text ) the repair wasn't Major it had a ( Leak at Fillter Neck ) that needed to be replace another concern of mine was why did this happen I just bought this Trax 2024 in Dec !! I Also feel that the reason the service Department took their time is because I have Warranty, no out of pocket for me ... I am truly Disappoint it with my service!!

After not great experiences with San Antonio and San Marcos dealerships in my search for a new GMC Yukon, I was referred by a co-worker, Dawn Williams, to Jeff, who turns out to be in Dodge sales. Jeff sent me to Charles Fisher with GMC. After explaining my previous experiences to Charles, he said "I may not sell you a car, but I will die trying." Well, he didn't have to die [thank goodness, because I will need him in the future!], but he did sell me a car and it was a painless, even pleasant experience! EVERY SINGLE person I dealt with - Jeff at Dodge, Charles Fisher - my GMC salesman, Ben Riddle - finance, and Coach Gayle who delivered it to me in New Braunfels on Saturday morning, changed out my personalized plates for me and then went all the way to Big Spring on Sunday morning to get my husband's signature on some paperwork, all were extremely personable, helpful, delightful, empathetic, spiritual, ethical and professional. I will be referring folk your way. Customer Service at it's finest/Car Dealership - not two ideas that usually go hand in hand, but in this case, they most definitely do! Thank you for a great automobile purchasing experience! Have a blessed day y'all! We'll see you again someday.

Everything was good except saying the vehicle was derailed/ cleaned. It had hand prints all over and under the factory mats were lots of new build carpet fuzz/ insulation etc. So neither dealership (Kansas or Texas) ever vacuumed. No biggie just thought you should know. Also waiting on my front license plate bracket.
