The 2023 Chevy Traverse comes in your choice of six trims, and all have the same powertrain. They benefit from a 310-horsepower, V6, 3.6-liter engine, and an auto nine-speed transmission. All trims are available with front-wheel drive or optional all-wheel drive. The top Traverse High Country also has trailering enhancements and heavy-duty engine cooling. The 2023 Chevy Tahoe has one standard powertrain for most of its trims. This is a V8, 5.3-liter engine that puts out 355 horsepower. The standard engine for the Tahoe High Country is a 420-horsepower V8 system. This system is also optional for the RST and Z71 trims. For all 2023 Tahoe trims except the Z71, an optional turbo-diesel V6 system generates 277 horsepower. Appearance
The Traverse has a long frame with distinguished chrome accents wrapping around the front air vents and down the sides. The horizontal bars in the grille are accompanied by additional bars in the small, black bumper. The Traverse's headlights also run horizontally, featuring a long LED bar that dips moderately in the center. The Tahoe has a strong presence on the road with its tall nose and roof. The rectangular grille features similar horizontal bars as you will find on the Traverse. The headlights are also mounted horizontally but are supported by a curved LED light element. In addition, the front bumper has a metallic finish for individuality.

The 2023 Traverse and the 2023 Tahoe are comparably equipped with features like a panoramic sunroof, a power-folding rear row, heated seats, a hands-free liftgate, adaptive cruise control, a digital rearview mirror, auto emergency braking, power-folding and heated side mirrors, a navigation system, a 120-volt power outlet, onboard WiFi, a tri-zone climate control system and numerous others.
